The Boulos Co. reps. The Yilmaz Family, LLC in purchase of KeyBank branch

Freeport, ME The Yilmaz Family, LLC purchased the former KeyBank branch at 135 Main Street for an undisclosed amount. The buyer noted the size of the 4,590  s/f building and its prime location as having good potential for a retail tenant.

Yilmaz was represented by The Boulos Company’s Samantha Marinko and Greg Boulos. Boulos’ Jon Rizzo and Sasha Phillips, and Kristen Schneider of JLL, represented KeyBank.

“We believe in Freeport as a solid investment,” said Joseph Yilmaz, who owns additional properties in town. “We appreciate the integrity and candor of those in Freeport’s town government. We also appreciate the culture of decency and high ethical standards established by Freeport’s business community. It’s a good community to support and to know you’re supported in return. I also have to credit the people who helped close this deal, including Lindsay Harris and her team from Gorham Savings Bank, the attorneys who worked together very effectively, and both sides of the brokerage team for being good stewards from the inception through closing. I truly believe the deal would not have ended in a way that we would have appreciated as much if The Boulos Company hadn’t been handling the transaction.”
