Cassidy Turley has leased 3,426 s/f to New England Urgent Care and 3,160 s/f to Penn Mutual Life Insurance at Two Adams Place, for lease terms of five years.
The Cassidy Turley team who represented the landlord, CommonWealth REIT, included senior managing director, principal Sean Teague and associates Jon Vacca and Kate McGovern.
1st US Realty represented New England Urgent Care and Cushman & Wakefield represented Penn Mutual in the transactions.
