TD Banknorth promotes Vandersall to regional executive - commercial
Scott Vandersall has been promoted to regional executive in commercial banking at TD Banknorth with an office in Beverly and Andover, Mass. As a senior vice president, he is responsible for managing the commercial lending activities of two teams offering a full range of commercial banking products and services to businesses throughout the North Shore and Merrimack Valley markets.
Vandersall joined TD Banknorth in 2004 and has 27 years of experience in commercial lending and banking.
Cambridge, MA The nonprofit Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) has secured $23.5 million in financing from Rockland Trust and Citizens Bank to transform a 150-year-old, underutilized church complex into housing. The project will ultimately create 46 affordable family-sized apartments.
