Taurus Investment's Subsidiary closes on series of acquisitions

Taurus Investment Holdings' subsidiary, Taurus Eurasia led by Ertan Dal, has closed on a series of acquisitions through its Taurus of Galata Gayrimenkul Yatirim A.S. vehicle. This vehicle's purpose is to acquire, develop and sell residential buildings in Istanbul's city center and involves both restoration and new construction. The program plans to invest $80-100 million in private equity and debt finance. The Bereketzade Apartments are located in Galata Kuledibi The Nuri Ziya Apartments are located on Nuri Ziya St. Hoca Ali Apartments are located on Hoca Ali Sokak, a side street of Serdar Ekrem Sokak. The Haci Mimi Complex is located in Galata, between Dogan Apartmani and Luleci Hendek Sokak. The Vakif Building, on the corner of Kumbaraci Yokusu and Istiklal. Eysan Hotel on the waterfront in Kadiköy, Istanbul (Asian side).
