Tamposi of CBRE completes $2.3 million sale to Ashwood Dev. Cos.

CB Richard Ellis/New England has brokered the sale of 9 Flagstone Dr. Mike Tamposi, from the Manchester office of CBRE handled the sale of the 37,576 s/f industrial facility and garage to Ashwood Development Companies, Inc. for $2.3 million. The building, which sits in Sagamore Industrial Park, has 16-foot clear heights, five loading docks, two drive-ins, and a 3,500 s/f office. The property also includes a fenced in yard and a 6,000 s/f garage/warehouse with five overhead doors and 20-foot clear heights. Ashwood Development Cos., Inc. is a developer and builder of planned neighborhoods and homes. This acquisition will serve as the company's headquarters. Tamposi also negotiated a separate lease of 17,200 s/f at this location to Homans Associates, which is an HVAC and industrial insulation products wholesaler that serves all of New England, New York and New Jersey.
