Medford, MA Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of four retail properties in New England for a total of $8.44 million.

Dedham, MA There is so much new coming soon to Legacy Place. Heading into the holiday season, the property announced several new additions to its lineup of retail and restaurants, opening between November 2022 and 2023. 

Hyannis, MA JLL Capital Markets has closed the sale of and secured acquisition financing for Cape Codder Resort & Spa, a 266-key hotel on Cape Cod.

Mission Hill, MA Yellow Door Taqueria has opened at 1619 Tremont St. The new location is serving up traditional tacos with an individual twist, on corn tortillas made fresh every morning. Varieties include Chili Duck: chili barbeque, roasted duck, vanilla plantain puree, pickled red onions, cream, plantain strings and Jackfruit + Apple: avocado puree, green apples, pico de gallo, roasted pepitas.

BOSTON, MA Boston Realty Advisors has completed leasing 30,000 s/f of new retail space on the lower three floors of the newly restored Abbot building in Harvard Sq. The 60,000 s/f building is located at the intersection of Brattle and JFK St., across from Harvard Sq.’s main intersection from the MBTA Red Line Station and kiosk, formerly Out of Town News.

PORTLAND, ME East Brown Cow and Malone Commercial Brokers has signed a five-year lease with Madewell for a retail storefront at 75 Market St., scheduled to open soon. The 5,532 s/f space looks on to Post Office Park at the corner of Market and Middle St.

Hingham, MA Weeks after celebrating its fifth anniversary,Untold Brewing has opened its second location at Derby St. Shops. Operated in partnership with Clandestine Kitchen (CK), the South Shore based private chef service and home meal delivery company, the new location features a rotating selection of Untold’s beer alongside CK’s menu of scratch made items, featuring organic, locally sourced ingredients.Untold’s Brewery & Restaurant opened at Derby St. on November 11^th.

West Hartford, CT Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of three properties in New England for a total of $8,415,434. Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Matt Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay sold a Berkshire Bank at 927 Farmington Ave. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3.65 million.

Fitchburg, MA Taylor Saulnier, CCIM of MANSARD facilitated the sale of Parkhill Plaza, a 55,000 s/f retail center in for $5.8 million. MANSARD represented the seller, Aubuchon Realty Company and the buyer, A1Q Park Hill Plaza via a private sale process.
