Norwalk, CT Seligson Properties completed renovations transforming and modernizing the historic bank building at 637 West Ave. into a new medical facility for Stamford Health and a fully revamped branch office for Wells Fargo Bank. The $20 million renovation was designed to reposition the existing three-story, 27,000 s/f building built in 1955 into 24,000 s/f of signature medical office space

Fairfield, CT Vidal/Wettenstein and Angel Commercial have arranged the lease for Mantrose-Haeusers’ office relocation. It was recently announced that Mantrose-Haeuser Company has relocated their corporate U.S. office from Westport.

Hartford, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of two multi-family transactions totaling 51 units for a total of $3.435 million. Hines arranged the sale of a 33-unit multi-family portfolio. Hines exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $2.025 million.

Stamford, CT Simone Development Companies has arranged for First Student, a school bus transportation company, to renew a lease for 31,000 s/f of space at 316 Courtland Ave., a 115,453 s/f property featuring warehouse/R&D and office space. Both ownership and First Student were represented in-house.

Derby, CT Colonial Properties, Inc., has completed four transactions. Fred Messore, broker and vice president of Colonial Properties, Inc. represented the seller, Carmelina Properties, LLC, in the sale of 182 & 184 Elizabeth St. in Derby, a mixed-use building totaling 7,000 s/f on .14 acres.

Fairfield, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has completed the sale of a five-unit 6,764 s/f mixed-use property located at 1903 Post Rd. Senior vice president Brad Balletto, vice president of brokerage Robert Paterno, and senior associates Rich Edwards and Jeff Wright represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction
