Sullivan of Avison Young arranges 20,632 s/f in two lease renewals
Avison Young has brokered two lease renewals at 33 Locke Dr.
Communications Technology Services, LLC, a provider of high-quality telecommunications services, has renewed its 17,632 s/f commitment at the property. In addition, entertainment firm All Pro Productions, Inc. has recommitted to 3,000 s/f.
Bill Sullivan, a vice president in Avison Young's Boston office, worked on behalf of Len Jolles, president of WRT Management (d/b/a Janelon Trust, Inc.), landlord of 33 Locke Dr.
"We are very pleased that we were able to retain these exceptional tenants at this well-situated location," said Jolles.
"These lease renewals are beneficial to all parties, as they provide certainty to the landlord and tenants, enhancing their business stability," said Sullivan.
33 Locke Dr. is a two-story, 60,500 s/f flex office/R&D building located adjacent to and overlooking I-495. Other tenants in the building include Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. and Argo Medical, Inc.
