The scope of work for the primary care practice that is located in the Lowell General Chelmsford campus at 20 Research Place, included the construction of 3 offices, 6 examination rooms, staffing offices, a nurses' station and employee lounge. Working with Andrew Cohen Architects, the Sullivan team, under the direction of project manager Kevin Morse and John Martins, site supervisor, also installed plumbing, HVAC equipment, electrical and sprinkler systems.
