Sullivan Construction Inc. has been awarded the contract for construction management services for Peter Sanborn Place project. The work includes the construction of a fourth floor addition on an existing structure and a four story addition.
The project includes interior and exterior renovations to bring existing spaces up to new construction standards. The work is to be completed while the facility is occupied. The Sullivan team will be coordinating with JMS Architects to begin construction April 1st.
