Sullivan and Holmes of R.W. Holmes handle 17,596 s/f lease to Genzyme

According to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., Genzyme has leased 17,596 s/f of office space at 10 California Ave. 10 California Ave. is a 62,000 s/f building located ½ mile from exit 12 of the Mass Pike. One of the world's foremost biotechnology companies, Genzyme is dedicated to making a major positive impact on the lives of people with serious diseases. Founded in Boston in 1981, Genzyme has grown from a small start-up to a diversified enterprise with annual revenues exceeding $3 billion and 10,000 employees in locations spanning the globe. Bill Sullivan and Garry Holmes of R.W. Holmes Realty represented the owner and Chris Tosti and Rob Walles of CB Richard Ellis represented Genzyme.
