Sullivan and Holmes of R.W. Holmes handle 17,596 s/f lease to Genzyme
According to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., Genzyme has leased 17,596 s/f of office space at 10 California Ave. 10 California Ave. is a 62,000 s/f building located ½ mile from exit 12 of the Mass Pike.
