Subber, Lowe and Leitner of Cresa Boston represent Innoveer Solutions in 7,204 s/f

Adam Subber, Rick Lowe, and Brandon Leitner of Cresa Boston recently represented Innoveer Solutions, a cloud CRM and social business consulting firm, in a 7,204 s/f office lease renewal and expansion of its headquarters at 280 Summer St. in the city's Fort Point District. The company, which occupies 4,430 s/f on the fourth floor, added 2,774 s/f on the sixth floor of the 10-story, 123,000 s/f standalone office building. According to Subber, the growing company realized favorable lease terms at its existing location, which allows for contiguous expansion and can accommodate growth. The landlord, Retals LLC, was represented by Kevin Brown of Brown & Wagner.
