Newton, MA STV|DPM has hired senior project managers Kerrie Julian and Timothy MacKay; project managers Chris Andersen, Tracey Anderson and James Riefstahl; and assistant project manager, Andy Cook to lead projects in its local office.
Julian comes to STV|DPM from saam architecture and possesses 24 years of architectural design and construction management experience with a primary focus in the laboratory/life sciences sector. Julian is currently providing project leadership at Smith & Nephew, Amgen, and several confidential clients.
Prior to joining STV|DPM, MacKay, AIA, spent several years with CTA Construction, TJX and Alares LLC. He offers 15 years of experience as an architect and general contractor having worked on commercial, institutional and various public sector projects. He is currently supporting Northeastern University on its Marine Sciences project.
Andersen has spent six years at Pratt & Whitney, where he served as facilities & services and manufacturing production manager. He has ten years of construction management experience in the industrial and renewable energy industry. Andersen is currently supporting multiple projects at Boston Medical Center.
Anderson has supported various space planning, restack and move management projects for real estate and facility organizations. She has held past positions with Fox Relocation Management, CBRE and Fort Point Management where she led projects in the education and healthcare business segments.
Riefstahl brings 10 years of owners project management experience to his role as project manager. Prior to joining STV|DPM, Riefstahl spent five years at NV5. He is currently supporting one of STV|DPM’s major industrial technology clients.
Cook comes to STV|DPM with 13 years of experience in facilities management. Cook is currently working with the in-house staff at John Hancock on multiple restack projects.
