The Stubblebine Co. handles 72,500 s/f, full building lease to Steele Canvas Basket Corp.

Wilmington, MA Steele Canvas Basket Corp., a company that recently celebrated 100 years in business, has finalized a 72,500 s/f, full building lease of 42 R Industrial Way. Formerly occupied by Crate & Barrel, the facility will serve as Steele Canvas’ new corporate headquarters and manufacturing operation. Built in 2000, the building has an exceptional 26’ clear height and is located less than a mile from I-93.

Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. represented the tenant, while Kendall Rowley, Rachel Marks, John Wilson, Tom Hovey, and Juliana Fiore of CBRE represented the landlord, Atlantic Oliver 42 Ind. Way.

Steele Canvas is a manufacturer of specialty canvas products as well as a wide variety of durable home wares. They will be relocating at the end of the year from their current location in Chelsea.
