Stubblebine Co. sells six industrial buildings in Billerica for $11.935m
Billerica, MA The Stubblebine Company negotiated the sale of six industrial buildings in six different transactions: 13 Sterling Rd. (38,900 s/f); 3 Esquire Rd. (15,744 s/f); 11 Republic Rd. (3,800 s/f); 2 Republic Rd. (6,000 s/f); 0 Republic Rd. (1 acre land site); and 9 Sterling Rd. (6,000 s/f) for an aggregate total of $11.935 million.
David, James, and Micah Stubblebine, principals, and Chris Michniewicz, senior advisor, represented both the sellers and the buyers in these transactions.
