The Stubblebine Company assists Servistar Property Owner LLC in 33,356 s/f purchase

Westfield MA James and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer, Servistar Property Owner LLC in the recent sale of 77 Servistar Industrial Way. Mitch and Ben Bolotin of Colebrook Realty Services, Inc. represented the seller, JMF Realty LLC. Mitch and Ben have been hired to market the property.

77 Servistar Way is a 33,356 s/f industrial building on 6.2 acres. The building was formerly used by Angy’s as a food processing plant and with it’s 23’ clear height and 1,200 amps of power, it is ideal for all industrial uses ranging from warehousing to other flex uses.

The property is situated in an established industrial park and has proximity to I-90, I-91, and Rte. 20.
