Micah Stubblebine and Donald Humpton of The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, Titan Realty Trust, and directly procured the buyer, 244 Bodwell LLC.
Built in 1976, the building sits on 1.45 acres with high ceilings and both tailboard and on-grade loading.
