Stratton of The Greenty Group brokers $222,000 sale

Clinton West Development. LLC, represented by Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, has purchased the Party Bazaar building at 26 West Main St. for $222,000. The buyer's attorney for the transaction was Bruce Jackson of Bishop, Jackson, and Kelly, of Stratford. The sellers, Frederick and Linda Bauer, were also represented by Stratton, and attorney Jeffrey Sachs of Sachs and Biller in Hamden. The mixed-use building, erected in 1800, has a second floor apartment as well as Party Bazaar on the first floor.
