Stratton of The Geenty Group brokers 1,700 s/f retail lease

Christine Perrelli, represented by Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased a 1,700 s/f retail space at 698 Boston Post Rd. and soon will be opening a ladies shoe store called Anna Mia's. The owner, attorney Christopher Hill, was represented by Stratton as well. In another transaction, Sun Ju Yang, represented by Stratton, has leased a 1,700 s/f retail space at 694 Boston Post Rd. and soon will be opening a nail salon called Sweet Pea Nails. The owner, attorney Christopher Hill, was also represented by Stratton. Dr. Zachary Klett, P.C., represented by Stratton, has leased the first floor offices at 115 Samson Rock Dr., directly behind the shops in downtown Madison. Dr. Klett is an ophthalmologist specializing in corrective or cosmetic eyelid, orbit, and lachrymal surgery. The owner, Aerodome Building, LLC, was represented by Stratton as well.
