Stratton of The Geenty Group brokers $1.175 million sale of 21,600 s/f office/warehouse building

Barry Stratton, a commercial/industrial associate at The Geenty Group, Realtors, has brokered the sale of the 21,600 s/f office and warehouse building at 54 East Industrial Rd. The purchase price was $1.175 million. The buyer is Sweitzer Enterprises, LLC, a marketing company. Brian Hughes is a principal in the company. The seller was Advanced Metals Technology, Inc. Stratton was the sole agent for the transaction. Attorney Stan Dombroski represented the buyer, and attorney Emily Resnik Conn represented the seller, while attorney Barbara Katz represented the interests of the stockholders of the selling corporation as its Receiver.
