Stratton and Clark of The Geenty Group arrange 500 s/f lease
The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports that Shandex Corp. has leased 500 s/f of office space at 2415 Boston Post Rd. Dan Murray will be managing the new offices for Shandex. They import and export building materials normally made of metal such as nails. The landlord is Mariner Properties, LLC.
The Geenty Group was the sole broker in this transaction, with Barry Stratton serving as the tenant's agent, while Bill Clark was the agent for the landlord.
