Cambridge, MA Siena Construction hired Hadiya Strasberg as a project manager. In her roll she provides leadership, coordination, and management on all aspects of Siena’s construction projects, which includes development of budgets, cost reports, and schedules; requisition and change order review; supervision of subcontractor progress; and project closeout.
Strasberg has a half-decade of construction management and design experience, with a background in managing life science, corporate, and multi-residential renovation projects.
Strasberg returns to Siena having previously served as a project manager in 2012-14, where she supervised Cambridge-based projects for The Broad Institute in the bio-tech hub of Kendall Sq., as well as Morningside’s Waverley Hall, an historic multi-residential building in Harvard Sq.
Additionally, she has architectural experience as a design manager for the architecture/design firm Stantec (formerly ADD Inc), where she worked on a range of large-scale Boston projects, such as 319 A Street Condominiums in the Seaport District, and Lovejoy Wharf at 131 Beverly St.

Hadiya is a licensed CSI Construction Documents Technologist, and is also licensed as a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor. She earned a Master of Architecture degree from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College.
Founded in 1991, Siena Construction is entering its 25th year of operation. The Cambridge-based construction management firm continues to expand its clientele for new and continuing partners.
