On behalf of Koffler/GID Silo Marketplace, LLC Atlantic Properties sold The Silo Marketplace, to The Advanced Group Carver, LLC for $1.8 million.
Silo Marketplace is a 22,000 s/f retail center on 17 acres with highway frontage on Rte. 44. Tenants include Aubuchon Hardware, Dunkin' Donuts, Tiki Kye, Cali's Tanning, Computer Advantage and Hydroponics.
Ben Stout of Atlantic Properties was the sole broker in the transaction.
The Advanced Group Carver intends to complete extensive renovations and lease the remaining 3,600 s/f of vacancy. The property allows for significant expansion allowing for many additional uses on site.
