Ben Stout, director of sales and leasing of Atlantic Properties, has leased 30,000 s/f at 57 Armstrong Rd. to Rising Tide Charter Public School. The space will be used for Rising Tide's new high school.
The 109,000 s/f professional office building is also occupied by CDF Corp.
57 Armstrong Rd. is located off exit 7 on Rte. 3. This is the new interchange for Rte. 44 as well as the exit for Colony Place, a 1 million s/f retail shopping center.
Stout represented the landlord, JLM Realty Associates, and the tenant.
