StonehamBank hires Rufo as senior mortgage originator

Stoneham, MA According to StonehamBank, David Rufo has joined its team as senior mortgage originator. Rufo’s primary focus will be to perform a wide range of mortgage origination and business development functions to achieve residential sales goals and build strong customer relationships. Rufo comes to StonehamBank with over 27 years of mortgage banking experience, most recently with Wells Fargo.

“David is committed to providing the best customer service, believing that building long-term relationships is key to a loyal customer base,” said Edward Doherty, Jr., Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, StonehamBank. “As a Woburn native and heavily involvement in the local community, Dave will be a tremendous asset to our Bank.”

David graduated from UMass Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.  He resides in Woburn, MA with his wife and children. In his free time, David is an avid sports fan who is passionate about giving back. He is currently an active member of the of the Board of Assessors in Woburn.
