Stevens of The Stevens Group sells leasehold rights of 36,000 s/f building to Reflex Lighting
Debra Stevens, CCIM and principal of The Stevens Group, sold the leasehold rights to 36,000 s/f industrial building located at 7 Tide St. in the Marine Industrial Park. The property consists of 18,000 s/f of industrial/service space on the first floor, and 18,000 s/f of office/flex space on the second floor. The building sits on 1.30 acres under a long term ground lease with the Economic Development and Industrial Corp.
The property was recently occupied by ThermoKing for the past six years, after they were relocated from their previous location to make room for the Boston Convention Center.
The lease was purchased by Reflex Lighting, which will occupy the building. The Stevens Group represented the seller, Demetri Enterprises, and procured the buyer.
