Spencer Stuart leases 24,000 s/f at RFR Realty's Two Stamford Plaza
According to RFR Realty, Spencer Stuart leased 24,000 s/f on the 14th floor of Two Stamford Plaza for a 10-year term. Spencer Stuart relocated from 695 East Main St. Founded in 1956 and privately owned, Spencer Stuart is one of the world's leading executive search consulting firms. The firm's clients range across industries, from the world's largest companies to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups. Spencer Stuart operates out of 51 offices in 27 countries.
Margaret Carlson and Joseph Artusa, RFR Realty's Stamford portfolio directors, represented the property owner in the transaction negotiations. Spencer Stuart was represented by Colin Riley and Paul Jacobs of CBRE.
