According to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Bradford Spencer and Tyler Ewing represented Coco Realty Trust in a 10-year lease of 30,000 s/f of warehouse space at 8 Arrow Dr., to Designer Services, Inc.
Located on a cul-de-sac close to the 93-128 interchange, 8 Arrow Dr. is a modern, free-standing building offering a large fenced-in yard, 4,000 s/f of updated office space, convenient parking and large drive-in doors. Designer Services, a distributor of high-end furniture, will consolidate its two local warehouses into 8 Arrow Dr. later this summer.
"Designer Services has operated its specialty furniture business in Woburn for many years," said Spencer. "This property provides the modern space and amenities the company desired, and will enable them to continue to grow their business in the most efficient manner possible."
