Sower, Price and Collins of Boston Realty Advisors broker $28.5 million sale of 334 Harvard Street

Cambridge, MA On January 7, Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) brokered the sale of 334 Harvard St. a 68-unit apartment building, to Akelius US, LLC. The off-market transaction was sold for $28.5 million (or $419,118/unit) on behalf of 334 Harvard Street, LLC.

The sale was completed by BRA’s multifamily investment sales team of Christopher Sower, Jen Price, and Maggie Collins.

“Akelius continues to expand their Boston area portfolio by purchasing high-quality, A location properties.” said Sower, managing director & senior partner.

The property is located between the city’s Harvard Sq. and Central Sq., minutes from Harvard University and MIT. Built in 1965, the building features a combination of studio, one and two bedroom units with central elevator, underground parking, and select units with patios and city views.

BRA is a privately-held commercial brokerage firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. BRA specializes in the sale and leasing of investment and commercial properties throughout New England.
