Snell and Gurall of Concord Property Management handle 59,713 s/f lease
Eggrock Modular Solutions has leased 59,713 s/f of manufacturing and warehouse space at 265 Foster St. Travis Snell and Bruce Gurall of Concord Property Management represented the building owner and Jeffrey Hamilton of CB Richard Ellis/New England represented the tenant.
Eggrock Modular Solutions is one of North America's largest provider of factory-built bathrooms and works with customers to design and produce ready-to-install bathrooms for hotels, hospitals, military barracks and multi-unit residential projects.
