Smart Roofs Solar Inc. purchases office for $600,000

Monroe, CT Smart Roofs Solar Inc. has purchased the former Carpenter’s Union Building located at 618 Main St., for $600,000, according to Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC.

Smart Roofs Solar Inc. provides commercial energy services, including commercial solar, LED, and roofing, and assists companies as they navigate state funding and grants.

“Smart Roofs Solar has acquired an 8,064 s/f building on .95 acres at a competitive price,” said Angel, who represented both parties in this transaction. “It is a well-appointed property that will accommodate their future growth.”
