Skinner of The Stubblebine Co. sells 36,576 s/f industrial building to Killeen Machine and Tool Company for $2.525 million

Auburn, MA  David Skinner of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International sold a 36,576 s/f industrial building to Killeen Machine and Tool Company at 43 Sword St. for $2.525 million ($69 per s/f). This transaction represents the highest sale per s/f to an industrial owner occupier in the Worcester market. The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, RAM Construction. Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the buyer. 

The building boasts 25’ – 30’ clear height, three tailboard loading docks, one oversized drive-in door, a fully built-out showroom and self-serve wholesale counter.

In addition, The Stubblebine Co. and The Drumlin Group have sold 89 Margin St. in Salem, Mass. for $1.56 million.  

Skinner represented the buyer in this transaction and David Hark of The Drumlin Group represented the seller. 

The property is a 5,059 s/f building on 0.58 acres.

The Stubblebine Co. specializes in selling and leasing large industrial properties and adaptive re-use sites throughout New England.
