Jeffrey Sikes of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of 157 Charter Oak Ave., a 24,665 s/f industrial building, for a sale price of $550,000. Sikes represented the seller, HFAH Charter Oak LLC. The buyer, Corporation for Independent Living Realty LLC, was represented by Bob Botters of CB Richard Ellis.
The property is improved with a multi-story industrial building that will be completely refurbished as offices for the buyer as well as for other tenants. It is adjacent to the $150 million Colt Gateway Project, a mixed-use redevelopment that includes over 200,000 s/f of office space being marketed for lease by Sikes.
