Signature Group leases 7,000 s/f to Investment Metrics in Darien
Signature Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm, has completed a 7000 s/f lease to Investment Metrics at Three Parklands Dr. The investment analytics, research and reporting solutions firm will relocate from One Parklands Dr. within the class A Parklands Office Park complex. The move represents an expansion of its current space. Nick DeLuca, a Signature Group principal, represented Investment Metrics. Signature Group president Bob Gillon represented the building ownership, Parklands Office Park, LLC.
According to DeLuca, Investment Metrics had been searching for space in other parts of Fairfield County and opted to remain in Parklands Office Park when the space became available.
"Parklands is a high quality property with immediate access to I-95, excellent tenant service and competitive pricing," said DeLuca. "We're pleased that the timing and availability of space worked out to keep Investment Metrics in the office park."
The 36,000 s/f Three Parklands Dr. building has attracted other firms including Norseland, The Bay Group and Nedder & Associates.
"Investment Metrics was founded in 2010 and our growth required us to seek a larger office space," said Investment Metrics' president Sanjoy Chatterjee.
