Sidel of EagleBridge Capital negotiates $2.12 million financing for Yankee Trader Seafood

Hingham, MA EagleBridge Capital has arranged acquisition/permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $2.12 million for the future home of Yankee Trader Seafood which will be expanding to 80 Sharp St.

The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge principal Ted Sidel who stated that the loan was provided by a leading Massachusetts thrift institution.

80 Sharp St. is a 23,600 s/f industrial building on a 2 acre site within 2 miles of  Rte. 3, a major north/south access route to Boston and Rte. 128.   The building will be fully renovated.
