Sidel and Sheehan of EagleBridge Capital arranges $3.325 million permanent mortgage financing

Randolph, MA EagleBridge Capital has arranged permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $3.325 million for 34-42 West St. The non-recourse mortgage was arranged by EagleBridge principals Ted Sidel and Brian Sheehan through Freddie Mac. Highlights of the financing included a rate in the mid 3’s, a ten year term, and a 30 year amortization.

The apartment complex is composed of two apartment buildings and is 100% leased. The buildings contain a total of 32 apartments with a mix of 14 two-bedroom/one-bath units, 17 one-bedroom/one-bath units and 1 studio unit.

34-42 West St. is located at the intersection of N. Main St. (Rte. 28). It is close to public transportation and within walking distance of area shops, shopping centers, restaurants, and banks.

EagleBridge Capital is a Boston-based mortgage banking firm specializing in arranging debt and equity financing as well as joint ventures for apartment, industrial, office, and  r & d buildings, shopping centers,  hotels, condominiums and mixed use properties as well as special purpose buildings.
