Siburn of Cushman & Wakefield reps Lee Farm Partners, LLC in 29,211 s/f in leases
According to Cushman & Wakefield, three deals were signed at Lee Farm Corporate Park, located at 83 Wooster Heights Rd., totaling 29,211 s/f.
Navigators Management Company, Inc., an international specialty insurance holding company headquartered in Stamford, renewed its lease and expanded from 3,400 s/f to 16,074 s/f.
Lenovo, a Chinese multinational computer technology company with headquarters in Beijing, and Morrisville, N.C., leased 10,665 s/f.
Energy USA Inc., a natural uranium trading company that supports nuclear power plants in the United States, Japan and other countries and is headquartered in Washington, D.C., leased 2,472 s/f.
Energy USA is relocating from 100 Mill Pond Rd., while Lenovo is establishing its first CT office.
As the exclusive leasing agent, Cushman & Wakefield's Meredith Siburn, director, represented the landlord, Lee Farm Partners, LLC, a joint-venture between Summit Development of Southport, and the Grossman Companies of Quincy, Mass.
Navigators Management was represented by Ed Tonnessen, managing director, and Patrick Lennon, senior vice president, at Jones Lang LaSalle. Energy USA was represented by Maureen O'Boyle, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield. Lenovo was represented by Thomas Pajolek, executive vice president at CBRE.
