Shorenstein Properties, LLC holds a Super Bowl Parade Reception at Center Plaza in a partnership with the Joe Andruzzi Foundation

Shorenstein Properties, LLC a privately-owned real estate firm, active nationally in the ownership and management of high-quality office properties, recently held a Super Bowl Parade Reception at Center Plaza in a partnership with the Joe Andruzzi Foundation. The event was organized to raise awareness for the Foundation's cancer support services and offered a buffet-style lunch, live stream of the Super Bowl Parade coverage, and drawing for a signed Tom Brady football. The event was well attended by the local real estate brokerage community with the signed football being awarded to Brian Collins, an associate at Lincoln Property Company. Founded in 2008, the Joe Andruzzi Foundation was established by former New England Patriots Offensive Guard, Joe Andruzzi. Through financial and emotional support, the organization is committed to providing help, hope, and a reason to smile for cancer patients and their families. Shorenstein utilized their unmatched location along the Parade route to provide guests with a prime view of Patriots team members, Lombardi Trophy, Duck Boats, and fans. The event was well attended by the local real estate brokerage community, with the signed Tom Brady football being awarded to Brian Collins, an associate at Lincoln Property Company. "In the spirit of supporting the New England Patriots, we were also pleased to partner with former player Joe Andruzzi, and his Foundation's mission to assist cancer patients and raise awareness for their cause," said Kevin Kuzemchak, senior vice president, asset management at Shorenstein. "As a well-known location and destination in the area, we are always excited to engage the greater community and look forward to collaborating with the Joe Andruzzi Foundation on future events." Center Plaza is a transit-oriented, mixed-use complex totaling 717,128 square-feet (sf) with an attached 575-car garage. Shorenstein is currently implementing a major building renovation including architectural improvements to the street-level interior lobbies and exterior walkway/breezeway areas, as well as a rebranded identity campaign, new exterior building signage, and rooftop upgrades. Additionally, a new ground-level Marketing Suite will be developed for meeting purposes and to showcase the high-quality architectural finishes that will be implemented throughout the complex. Center Plaza is conveniently located between City Hall Plaza and Pemberton Square at the intersection of multiple Boston neighborhoods including Beacon Hill, Downtown Crossing, Faneuil Hall, and the Financial District.
