Shiue of Colliers Dow & Condon brokers 72,473 s/f $700,000 sale

116 Cook Ave., a 72,473 s/f former medical office building, was sold by Cook Avenue Realty, Inc. of Melville, N.Y. to the City of Meriden for $700,000. The City of Meriden purchased the property, vacant since 1998, along with a contiguous .3 acre parcel located at 85 Cooper St., to incorporate them into its plans to revitalize the Factory H area into a productive mix of housing and commercial space. Peter Shiue, CCIM, a senior broker with Colliers Dow & Condon's New Haven office, was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
