Shiue and Morizio of Colliers International sell 90 River Street for $930,000

New Haven, CT Patriot Marine, LLC, a dredging and maritime construction company based in Winthrop, Mass., has purchased 90 River St., an 82,261 s/f vacant industrial complex along the Quinnipiac River, for $930,000. 

The seller was MLF River LLC. Patriot Marine, LLC, intends to make significant improvements to the existing buildings and invest $1 million to install a steel bulkhead along the riverfront.  

Peter Shiue, CCIM, senior broker of Colliers International’s New Haven office and Nicholas Morizio, CRE, SIOR, president of Colliers International’s Hartford and New Haven offices, were the sole brokers involved in this transaction. 

Attorney Stan Dombroski of Dombroski Hillis LLC in New Haven represented the buyer and Attorney Allan Koerner of Rome Clifford Katz & Koerner, LLP in Hartford represented the seller.
