Sherman of Angel Commercial sells 1,351 s/f office
Fairfield, CT Angel Commercial, LLC, negotiated the sale of a 1,351 s/f office building at 190 Sherman St. for $507,500.
“The new owner is completely renovating the building and will occupy it once completed,” said Brett Sherman, CCIM, the sole broker in this transaction.
The building has six on-site parking spaces and is a half mile to I-95 and within walking distance to the train station, restaurants, and downtown amenities.
