Sherman of Angel Commercial L.L.C. completes 2,695 s/f lease to Ridgebury Tankers, LLC
Brett Sherman CCIM, senior vice president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., completed the lease of 2,695 s/f of class A office space at 33 Riverside Ave. to Ridgebury Tankers LLC.
33 Riverside Ave. will be the corporate headquarters for the newly founded Ridgebury Tankers, a deep sea shipping company, who recently raised $205 million to acquire a fleet of mid-size Suezmax tankers to carry both clean/refined products as well as crude oil.
The company estimates that it will purchase 12 to 15 vessels in the next six months.
Sherman represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
