Sherman of Angel Commercial completes $2.2 million office building sale

Westport, CT Brett Sherman, CCIM, senior vice president of Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the sale of 1555 Post Rd. East for $2.2 million. Located on Rte. 1, the investment property consists of an 11,461 s/f office building on .61 acre. 

“The new owners plan to completely update the building including a new roof, HVAC, windows, masonry, and parking lot,” said Sherman who represented the buyer in this transaction. “There will up to 7,500 s/f available for lease in this well-located Post Rd. office building.”

The property was acquired by BAO Partners LLC, who recently purchased other similar buildings in both Westport and Fairfield with the same investment strategy.

Angel Commercial is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County. The company specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a local and national level.
