Sheehan and Sidel of EagleBridge Capital arrange $825,000 financing
EagleBridge Capital has arranged construction and permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $825,000 for Williamstown Plaza.
The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge principals Ted Sidel and Brian Sheehan who stated that the loan was provided by a regional thrift institution.
Williamstown Plaza is located at 384 Main St. (Rte. 2). The site formally was the location of Alcaro Car Rental and Leasing. The project included the renovation of an existing 2,600 s/f building to which 6,300 s/f of new retail and professional space was added.
Tenants include Subway, Royal Cleaners, a regional dry cleaning chain, and Wash & WiFi Laundry.
Sidel and Sheehan said, "We are pleased that EagleBridge was able to structure the mortgage to proved both construction and permanent financing. The financing provides a 10 year term and 25 year amortization at a very competitive rate."
