Shea Commercial Properties handles 7,784 s/f in new leases

7 Wall Street - Wingham, NH

Windham NH According to Shea Commercial Properties, Inc., Continuum Care of Hospice Foundation has leased 2,000 s/f of office space at 7 Wall St. Continuum Care provides hospice care management and other associated services. 7 Wall St. is a professional business office building owned by DAKK Realty Trust, LLC., and is located one mile off I-93 at Exit 3.

Additionally, Shea Commercial Props. completed the following lease transactions that total 5,784 s/f:

• Gina Demir, The Cutting Edge has leased 1,234 s/f at Shoppes at Breckenridge, 264 North Broadway, Salem, N.H.

• Joseph Demers, owner of Kempo Academy has leased 1,500 s/f at Castelridge Plaza, 166 North Broadway, Salem, N.H.

• Michael Comerford, president of Premier Mortgage Lending has leased an additional 1,850 s/f of space at 2 Manor Pkwy., Salem, N.H.

• Mike Gendron, owner of MGS Construction has leased 1,200 s/f for his construction company at the Jamie Santos Building located at 224 Main St., Salem, N.H.
