Shea Commercial brokers $4.72 million sale of J.P. Realty business/office/retail/service complex

228-234 Pleasant Street - Methuen, MA

Methuen, MA Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed the sale of J.P. Realty business/office/retail/service complex located at 228-234 Pleasant St.

Originally built and developed by Joseph Pappalardo in the year 1970s, the complex consisted of three buildings totaling 60,000 s/f.

Tenants include insurance companies, law firms, business & professional offices, medical offices, retail and service type businesses, etc.

Originally marketed and proposed for sale as a total package of the three buildings, the complex was converted into three-separate buildings with common area access, and sold to three-individual buyers. Sale price according to the Registry of Deeds for the three buildings was $4.72 million.

Harry Shea of Shea Commercial  represented the seller, J.P. Realty, and assisted Eastie, Realty Trust and other two buyers.
