SharpLaunch forms partnership with 42Floors

Boston, MA SharpLaunch, an all-in-one digital marketing platform for commercial properties, has formed a distribution partnership with CRE listings search portal, 42Floors. The partnership will allow SharpLaunch clients to automatically syndicate their commercial real estate availabilities to 42Floors through the SharpLaunch platform, getting more visibility for their listings.

By pairing the all-in-one solutions of SharpLaunch with a search portal, building owners and commercial real estate brokers will benefit from time savings, making distribution of property listings much easier. Historically, promoting listings online to CRE portals is a time consuming process that requires significant manual entry for many commercial real estate brokers and marketing professionals.

“We are delighted to partner with 42Floors because it enables our clients to increase the digital footprint for their listings and get in front of more prospects,” said Bob Samii, founder of SharpLaunch.

This is a major problem that can lead to both inefficient use of staff resources and out of date availabilities.

The mission of SharpLaunch is to provide clients with a single time-saving platform for all of their digital marketing activities. The syndication partnership with 42Floors helps increase distribution of this availability information for better asset visibility. Completely automating the process, clients are now able to benefit from wider distribution with less time investment on a regular basis.

“SharpLaunch is making it easier for their clients to get great exposure with tenants searching on 42Floors. Happy to have them as a partner,” said CEO of 42Floors, Jason Freedman.

SharpLaunch is an all-in-one digital marketing platform for building owners, brokers and asset managers. The platform provides an easy-to-use suite of tools to improve asset visibility, streamline marketing activities and help save time.

42Floors is an online search platform that offers office space rentals and commercial real estate listings search tools. Their toolset is designed to it easier to search for commercial listings through indexed business places for rent, office sublets, coworking spaces, and executive suites.
