The store occupies 1,360 s/f and was a former music store. It is located in Lincoln Plaza at 400 Lincoln St. ( Rte., 3A). It is adjacent to Stop & Shop. Lincoln Plaza is a 100,000 s/f shopping center anchored by Marshalls and Stop & Shop.
According to Shair, "Get In Shape For Women is fra chisee driven. Its success is greatly due to a unique model whereby a woman can get expert personal training services at a very affordable cost. I have placed them in a number of shopping centers and the acceptance by the public was immediate. Also, they generate excellent additional positive traffic for the other center tenants".
