Shair of M&J Associates, Inc. signs KoKo FitClub to 1,900 s/f lease
According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Inc., KoKo FitClub opened at The Shops At Ocean's Gate. The store occupies 1,900 s/f and is located at 1899 Ocean St. (Rte. 139)
in downtown.
KoKo FitClub is one of the first automated personal training/exercise/fitness
chains in the U.S. It is one of the fastest growing fitness chains with over 150 locations in 26 states and Canada.
The Shops At Ocean's Gate represents more than a 7 year effort by the
developer to transform the key downtown block of nearly 100 year
old out-dated buildings into an architecturally appropriate, first-class,
retail/service/restaurant center for Marshfield.
Shair represented the tenant
and Reid Diamond of Boston represented the landlord/developer,
Diamond/Sinacori, LLC, in the transaction.
The architect was Utile Design,
Boston, and the general contractor was CB Construction, Dedham.
