Shair of M&J Associates, Inc. arranges 2,410 s/f lease to Dunkin Donuts
Medfield,MA According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Inc., Dunkin Donuts has opened at 563 Main St. The location is at the corner of Rte. 109 (Main St.) and Rte. 27. It is directly across from a newly
re-built CVS and a new Cumberland Farms/Gulf Oil on the opposite corner.
The building is 2,410 s/f and was original built as a Friendly Ice Cream. The building exterior was basically
retained and updated. The interior was completely rebuilt to Dunkin Donuts criteria.
The Dunkin Donuts franchisee also owns another unit on the easterly side of town and the unit
to the west in Millis on Rte. 109.
Shair represented the landlord and the tenant in the lease transaction.
